Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including renewal charges — and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason.

Premium also starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@aibible.app with your order email and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the funds within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account screen in the app or from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Once a full refund is issued, Premium access ends and the AI study features are locked. Your free features — reading all translations, bookmarks, highlights, notes and cloud sync — stay available.

Paddle also applies its own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
